'That's So Raven' Star Arrested for Alleged Battery, Drug Possession in Police Parking Lot

Orlando Brown is once again in trouble.

In January, Brown, 28, was arrested in a Torrance, California police department parking lot, ET confirms. Brown pulled into the police parking lot while arguing with his girlfriend when he allegedly struck her.

Police report that Brown initially refused to exit his vehicle and that the meth was found on him after he was placed in jail.
