According to soccer Laduma, Mamelodi Sundowns have reportedly intensified their interest in Black Leopards striker, Siphelele Ntshangase.
Sundowns have been monitoring the U23 international’s progress for some time now, with the view of adding the forward to their star-studded roster.
A source within the club’s ranks explained that Masandawana sent a representative to Limpopo to discuss the possibility of a move to Chloorkop with Ntshangase’s club, Leopards.
The NFD side have received a number of enquiries from various PSL teams for the talented 22-year-old’s signature, however it seems as if the Thohoyandou-based side will only allow the player to leave at the end of the current campaign.
The source confirmed that Lidoda Duvha need Ntshangase’s attacking prowess if they are to contend for promotion to the PSL next season.
A unknown source was quoted saying:
“Leopards said they would only release him at the end of the season if they decide to let him go, because they are still fighting for promotion. But if Sundowns want him, they won’t give up.”
