According to the National Aids Control Council (NACC) and Nascop, HIV prevalence among gay men in Kenya stands at 18%, with a wide variation of between 12% and 43% across different towns.It is estimated that there are over 30 000 gay men across Kenya, with majority of them being in Mombasa, Nairobi and Kisumu.
