According to KickOff online magazine, Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Willard Katsande is suspended for their midweek Absa Premiership clash against Jomo Cosmos.
Katsande was booked in their 2-0 defeat to Platinum Stars last week and now has to sit out a game as Amakhosi look to avoid an unprecedented fourth successive defeat on Tuesday night.
Coach Steve Komphela will hope to have the experienced Reneilwe Letsholonyane back in the squad for the Cosmos clash after he missed the cut against Dikwena.
On the other side, new Bafana Bafana call-up Cheslyn Jampies will be unavailable for Cosmos after his two-footed tackle on Luvuyo Memela on Saturday night that earned him a straight red card.
Jampies will therefore miss the chance to showcase his talent against Chiefs this week as he starts a two-match ban.
Struggling Bloemfontein Celtic travel to Mamelodi Sundowns on Wednesday night without defender Mbhazima Rikhotso, and Bidvest Wits striker Joaquim Lupeta has also picked up his fourth booking and misses out against Orlando Pirates.
